About Me

MY NAME IS Carrie

I'm a regular person and a 500hr RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher) with a focus on Ayurveda & Yoga.

I took my first yoga class from my dad. So consider it the family business.

I have my 200hr certification from Prana Yoga Teacher Training here in NYC. And my 500hr from the School of Yoga and Ayurveda at Kripalu.

In additional to private coaching, I also teach residential classes, workshops and retreats. I also write and produce the podcast, Yoga For the Revolution.
